All Sales Are Final!
Only if The Bartlett House of Antiques and customer have a written or verbal agreement prior to sale of item(s) for a Return or Exchange. The customer will only receive a STORE CREDIT in lieu of a cash refund.
Currency
All sales are in Canadian funds. CND
Taxes
The Bartlett House of Antiques charges HST (harmonized sales tax) to every purchase made within Canada.
If a sale is made outside of Canada HST will be exempt but a cross-border fee may apply. The customer is responsible for these added fees i.e.; Duty or Customs Fees.
Shipping & Handling
We charge a fee for shipping and handling.
The Bartlett House of Antiques will personally handle, package and make shipping arrangements for the item to reach its destination but not all shipping companies (ie. Canada Post, US Postal Service) cover breakage so we recommend insurance for loss and damages. Before shipping we always get the customer’s approval.
Payment
At the store’s location we accept the normal method of payments; Credit Card, Debit and Cash. If a customer is interested in an item on our website please email or call us where the customer can send us an E-Transfer, use their Credit Card or Debit Visa.
