Delivery Policies


We do our best to provide enough information through descriptions and photos to accurately depict the items we sell. Since our items are pre-owned and 50 years or older, they may show signs of wear consistent with age and use.

All items for sale are sold as found, and all sales are final unless discussed beforehand via email or phone.

Please note that a 13% Sales Tax (HST) will be added to your purchase as we are in Ontario, Canada.
We are open to reasonable offers on our antiques & collectibles and accept all popular forms of payment except checks.


Processing orders will take 1 to 3 business days.

We will contact you to give you the tracking number and let you know the estimated delivery time.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal companies.
The buyer is responsible for paying customs and import taxes if applicable.


Bartlett House Antiques provides a personal delivery service for customers within a 3-hour radius of Niagara Falls, Ontario, including those in the United States.

Pickup Available

We offer customers the option to pick up their purchases at our location.
This service is available approximately 12 hours after the purchase has been made.
